About Us + Our Process

We are a Husband and Wife home building team.  Building and designing homes is not just a job to us, it’s our passion, and we take great pride in what we do.  Since 2002, Range Homes has developed a reputation as a creative and accomplished custom home builder.

So, what makes Range Homes different from the rest?

We consider ourselves a full service Boutique Build + Design Company.  From concept to completion, we do it all.  Jon works on the build side, and draws all of our plans by hand.  He works closely with our homeowners to ensure their new home meets all of their needs for their family.  He is a hands on Builder, who can usually be found on the job site rather than behind a desk.

From there, Shannon works with our Clients from start to end, helping on every single design decision to be made. Design Boards, samples and on-site visits to various stores are all part of the design process.  Having a Builder and Designer all in house, and being in constant communication, truly gives our Clients a unique and seamless experience.

Last but not least…we love sharing the building process with our online and local community.  This has also been such a fun way for our Clients to share their building journey with family and friends!
